MEDICAL TREATMENT DURING LITIGATION
Attorney will either pay for medical treatment or seek medical treatment for clients on a Letter of Protection (“LOP”). The LOP guarantees payment of medical expenses from the client’s portion of the recovery if there is a recovery. Under most circumstances, the client does not owe the repayment of medical expenses incurred under an LOP if there is no recovery in the case.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DURING LITIGATION
Bandas Law Firm, P.C. does not loan money against settlements. Rather, the firm helps facilitate loans with certain qualified legal lenders, with whom the client will have an independent contract. Typically, the Client will repay the loan from the Client’s share of recovery. Under most circumstances, the client does not have repay the loan if there is no recovery in the case.

No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Bandas Law Firm, P.C. or its attorneys by viewing this website, by completing our online form, or by contacting our attorneys. Only after Bandas Law Firm, P.C. confirms in writing that it has accepted you as a client is an attorney-client relationship formed.
Bandas Law Firm, P.C. generally represents plaintiffs on a contingent basis, advancing the court costs and expenses of the litigation and obtaining its fees and reimbursement of costs and expenses from any recovery. If litigation is not successful, Bandas Law Firm, P.C. does not hold the client responsible for any fees, costs, or expenses.

The firm’s attorneys have also been admitted pro hac vice in various federal and state courts for the purposes of appearing in court for a particular case. Other attorneys of Bandas Law Firm, P.C. may also seek to be admitted pro hac vice for any cases filed in California.
